Staff of Power?

I went to equip one of my players with this staff and noticed its missing. I scanned for it a few times and didn't see it not sure if its not in HL or I missed it. It's in the Core and even if it wasn't I have all the optional data packages and they are all checked.

Nevermind I found it. It wasn't under magic items but it is under magic weapons.
