I am looking at redoing Iron Gods i make alot of changes to the encounters but i would like a base for each encounter. So i was thinking of spending the 25 bucks and buying this but if they are not editable then it will be worthless. I mean the stats editable and saveable not so much editing the code.

You can import from the Encounter Library, make your changes and then save the portfolio to a file. That is how I have done it for Rise of the Runelords.

It is one por filer per encounter. You can load the por file, edit it and then save it locally. You can't save it back into the library though.

That's exactly what I am doing in my game; since I have 6 PCs and need to make many of the encounterso more challenging.

Currently Running: Pathfinder Second Edition
Currently Playing:
Pathfinder First Edition, Star Trek Adventures
Former HL Games: D&D 4e & 5e, Mutants & Masterminds 2E & 3E, Savage Worlds
