im adding pins to a map smart image ; i want to associate more than 1 item with a single pin (for example association 1 a map of the town, then association 2 a previous adventure title / link that happened there) ?

id like to click on a pin and have a choice of viewing the town map or the details of the past adventure... or other things associated with it rather than just 1 association

regards, paul

This is a really awesome idea. I fully support this. Ideally right clicking will bring up a contextual menu with whatever options you set.

Would an alternative be to have a section in the town Topic for "past adventures"?

If you went directly to the Town topic via a different route, then you would see that the party have already been there and done some thing(s).

I would think Farling's on the right path. Clicking the link opens the Town topic which would have snippets and/or tags leading to the other items.

I am building a sandbox setting so my focus may be different from others. I created a Source(s) tag that I add to the Additional Information section that lists each module, adventure, plotline I have created/entered. This tag has been added to almost every topic and I add individual copies of the tag for each association (rather than use multitag because it truncates). I can then search for that particular module, adventure, plotline and see everything that it touched.
