Where to find templates?

Sorry if this is obvious, but I looked all over the software and on the web and I must be missing it. Where do I find the options to apply a template to a monster/npc? I purchased all the Bestiary addons, if that affects anything. Thanks for your help.

Templates are added in the same place you add class levels, just scroll down past the Classes and Prestige classes, and you'll find the templates.
