Got an email with a "case#" from Lone Wolf Development Support for a License Reassignment Request. I don't remember requesting one and don't know how to proceed if it's real or not.

Hey there! You requested one today according to our support system. Usually Hero Lab will prompt you for a reassignment when you're attempting to move a license code to a new computer within 120 days of the last activation or when a license code is installed on multiple machines.
