Add tag to Thing

I think I know the answer already, but want to confirm. Can we add tags to a thing (not pick)? I think I've tried modifying things in the past and I think they are read only with the exception of the extendthing allowing you to alter the description.

What I want to be able to do is add new Fighter Weapon Group tags to various weapons to include those weapons in some new classifications. I was hoping to not have to edit and replace every affected weapon.

You can add tags to Things used the *Extend Thing tab in the editor. This will let you tag the weapons with new tags without having to do a replace thing id. This would also let you tag a spell to a different or new class without having to do replace thing id.
