Panels?

As mentioned in the following post customizing panels was not possiable. Has the support for this been added? If not any idea when that will happen?

Unfortunately this hasn't been added yet; I don't remember if there was some sort of problem holding it up, but that may be resolved now. I'll see if I can get it added for the next release.
