[Feature Request] Make HP/SP/etc. Modifications Quicker

I'm not sure the best way to frame this request, it seemed a little clunky having extra UI steps for modifications to HP/SP (Click, Type, Click). I understand the difficulty here in UI, but even if there was a better way. This is especially tiresome on items that will generally go down minimal amounts per use (Hero Points, Spell Points, Resonance)

Suggestions:

• - | + next to both sides of the bar, single click for 1 (good for hero points, spell points, etc) and possibly a longer hold of the button shows a number in a tooltip with incrementation.
• Have the default value be 1 within the input field on pop-up
• Have the bar be draggable to set - clicking and dragging adds a rule and tooltip to show what the current number is.

This seems really petty, I know, but from a UX/UI perspective limiting input device switch-overs is a good thing, really!
