Adding a Paragon after play has started

So I have taken the paragon Positive Quality through the advances tab. When I go to Resonance, it wont let me chooses a Paragon. I have tried and tried but can't figure it out! Please help!

On the Advances tab, at the bottom, you'll need to unlock your character and return to creation mode, then choose a paragon, then go back to the advances tab and return to advancement mode.
