i am trying to allow my wizard to add celric spells to his spellbook (DM house-ruled that i can copy non-wizard spells from scrolls to my spellbook). I have added one such spell using the Permanent Adjustments "Add a Single Spell to Class/Race," but it is still not showing up as an elegable spell to learn. am i doing something wrong or have i just misunderstood the permanent adjustment mechanic?
