Is there a way in Hero Lab to add class levels without adding character levels at the same time? I'm in a campaign where we get additional levels to our classes but not all the benefits you get from character levels.

I see in the adjustments there are Magic Levels and I can select the class. But that doesn't advance the class to the next level. At least not in the iPad app, haven't tested in the PC app. Am I interpreting that incorrectly?

If it is a custom thing that's fine too. Just would need to know how.

When this has come up before the best approach was to not add the class level and simply use adjustments to give the values you need. So you earn 2 skill points use an adjustment to give yourself 2 skill points.

Or do the opposite which is add your class level and then use adjustments to remove the stuff you didn't get. So you didn't get skill points yet so use an adjustment to subtract out the ones you get from the class.
