how to put a spell in a sustaining focus?

Any idea if you can cast a spell into a sustaining focus and have it translate the effect onto the character sheet?

example mage casts enhanced reflexes on a sustaining focus, can herolab track that and add the spell's effects to the character's initiative?

Usually that falls under the effects of Adjustments I think
