Hi there, I'm making a highly customizable template like the fey creature template and one of its options based on its HD is 'Titan' which increases its size and all the abilities thereof. Can anyone help a guy? I've not been able to see an easy way to do this without some seriously complicated scriptfu and I'd have thought increase size would have been already created.

Figure out what size tag should be applied to the race, then use a findchild to get to the race on the hero (there should only ever be 1), then replace the existing RaceSize tag there with whatever new one you want.

I would recommend looking at the Adjustment that changes a characters size. Use that as the starting point to create a script that runs on your template.

I'm having trouble with the stat bonuses. Increasing the size itself is easy, attribute bonuses in relation to parent base size is something else entirely and none of those adjustments seem to work.

Under classes there is a size increase that seems to work it all out but I can't find where it is to copy and check how it does that.

The Enlarge spell adjustment changes ability scores. What does it script look like?

I could only find enlarge person spell and it gave a specific size bonus to str and penalty to dex because it assumes going to large.

As I've said before the system has something to calculate this intelligently already, under classes at the top there's a size-increase option yet for the life of me I can't find out the scripting for it.

Ok sorry for all the posts. I got it working. I bootstrapped in cSizeIncr to the "Titant" ability I'd set up that is choosable for a monster with that template. As I understand it this goes directly to the size increase already built into herolab and it seems to be calculating everything properly. Easy solution.
