Herolab encountered an unrecoverable error, and must now exit.
The error was: An unhandled exception was thrown. (c:\vss\frame\utilplus\.\poolmap.cpp, line 191, error code 0xfffffc19) |

am wondering if it's fixable or if I'll have to reinstall from scratch.

Hi Random,
Thanks for reporting this very unusual error, I'm checking into it now. Do you happen to have a lot of user data files installed? |

I have whatever's in the community bestiary...probably the spell compendium for PF...and my personal file (which really only has a few spells in it), and FGG files...but I have them on my other 2 computers and they work fine.

Are you getting an error message that pops up? You can right click the error message and copy it, then paste it here. That will give people a lot more information to help you correct the problem. Just saying "I have a problem, fix it" does not give any real information to work off of.
Also, I have yet to see a reason that calls for re-installing HL. If you are getting an error, it usually is a matter of one of the files is not playing nice with the new patch. Until that file is corrected, you will get that error message even if you re-install HL. |

Herolab opens...I select PF and load and it crashes to the error message that I listed in the first post.

Yea, I got the same error:
"Hero Lab encountered an unrecoverable error, and must now exit. The error was: An unhandled exception was thrown. (c:\vss\frame\utilplus\.\poolmap.cpp,line 191, error code 0xfffffc19)" But I have a lot of user files and can't seem to track down where it's coming from. So I started deleting user files in the hope to track it down. What I found is that it seems not to be with any certain file, but a limit to the number of files it can handle. I have assumed it was just my PC can't handle that many user files, but IDK. Anyways, I just delete what user files I didn't need and it all loads fine. Yeah...it appears to be a memory cap on files. That's unfortunate.

Whats also strange is that my House Rules data package is very large and I have "every" single official license for HL and I have no issues loading.
