I just downloaded the new update today when I got home from work and it now tells me this. I'm not sure where to even look to fix this.
Any help would be great. The data files could not be loaded due to errors. Hero Lab will now attempt to load them in recovery mode. Once loaded, you can access the editor as normal to correct any errors. The following errors occurred: File: Custom - Core Book Mods.user (line 354) - Thing - Duplicate record encountered ('xSmiteEvil') File: Custom - Core Book Mods.user (line 365) - Thing - Duplicate record encountered ('xSmiteGood') One or more timing errors were identified. Please review the timing report and correct the errors. You can access the report under the 'Develop' menu or by clicking this link. |

I found the Custom - Core Book Mod.user file but I still don't see duplicates.

1) So start "Tools->Start Editor". 2) Go to "File->Open data file" and open up "Custom - Core Book Mod.user". 3) Click on "Specials" and find "Smite Good" and "Smite Evil" and delete them. 4) Save the file and restart HL. you will have to then go through the complete champion user files and a few others and test now on some of the classes like the Wu Jen. That adds a tag that solves the problem.
