Hi, being trying to purchase Pathfinder Bestiary 5, but the system will not turn over to let the purchase finished.

It just times out...after the Submit purchase button has been used. I have tried to make sure the information is correct. Your server is having issues.

Hi there,

Sorry to hear you're having problems with your purchase! I just made a test purchase and it went through immediately - based on our order records, it looks like your purchases were declined because the CVV check failed. Are you sure you were entering the correct number for the CVV code on your card?

Yes I have, several times, and still no go..

UPDATE---I have check my bank, there is no current issues that I can see.

Wait...a minute. I have a New card from October of 2015, mandated from my bank. You have probably my old card CCV#. My new card has a 8/2018 expiration...same bank

We never store your credit card number, expiration date, or CVV code, so the only things we have to go on are:

1) The details you enter during the online purchase process (your credit card details have to be re-entered each time)

2) The information we get back from our credit card processor, which tells us whether the CVV code matched or not

If you're sure that you're entering the CVV code from your card correctly, it's most likely a problem with the information that the credit card processor is getting back from your bank, and I don't know if there's anything we can do about that.

If there's an alternate credit card you can use, give that a try instead? Otherwise, please email us at support@wolflair.com, and we'll see what we can do about the problem.
