On the configure hero section, where you are choosing which books to use to make your hero, a button to select or deselct all choices would be nice, especially in Pathfinder where there is a huge number of choices.

But there are many more choices than just which books to choose. There are various switches for options within the books.

Also, a global selection is too coarse. It would probably need to be at the publisher or category of documents (e.g. companions, campaign guides, etc) to be useful.

You can make new characters with your desired choices and save them as templates; that's what I do for my players when I'm starting a new campaign.

Currently Running: Pathfinder Second Edition
Currently Playing:
Pathfinder First Edition, Star Trek Adventures
Former HL Games: D&D 4e & 5e, Mutants & Masterminds 2E & 3E, Savage Worlds

No to mention that some options are "radio buttons" -- mutually exclusive. And even some that are not set up that way (such as some options under Pathfinder Unchained) are, at a practical level, mutually exclusive.
