How can I activate realms Realm Works Player Edition at at a device that I ready login as a DM. Now the program doesn't allow me to Logoff and create a new account so I can activate my players edition licenses that I purchased today. I even went as so for to uninstall the program and reinstalled it but before that I deleted all my information that was left behind in my document files. Every time I activate realms works my name is in Gray and it cannot be changed. Maybe it's something minor but I don't know please help.

Maybe try to add a new user on your OS?

RW is tied to your Windows login. You cannot use GM and player version on the same Windows login. You will need to create a new profile.

If you have the GM edition, then you can join somebody else's campaign as a player.
If you want to see what players will see with their player edition, then you can temporarily switch your RW copy into "player edition" mode. (I forget the exact name of the button on the top ribbon). If you want to allow your players to access your realm on your own PC, then as the others have said, you will need to create a different windows account for that license. Why do you want to activate a set of player licenses on the same machine? |
