I can’t find anywhere how one would track variable-level Spells like mind thrust. I have it set as a third level spell but if I wanted to cast it as a first level using one of those slots How do I track that accurately?

As far as I know, if you're casting a Signature Spell at a lower level than the base level you have it in your repertoire the best you can do is pick one of your spells at that lower level and mark off a casting of that one. Then again, that's basically how Hero Lab Classic worked.

Currently Running: Pathfinder Second Edition
Currently Playing:
Pathfinder First Edition, Star Trek Adventures
Former HL Games: D&D 4e & 5e, Mutants & Masterminds 2E & 3E, Savage Worlds

There's not really a good way to do it currently besides ticking off a different spell of the level you cast your variable-level spell at.

I have several bug reports in relating to Signature Spells... another one is that you can't currently make a heightened spell a Sig Spell at its heightened level, only at its base level. No workaround for that.
