Anybody know if we can expect to see ab files for the new d&d miniatures game?

Game looks fairly solid, but they have that whole collectible angle, and the stat cards
are only included with the randomized figure packs.

That's pretty whack, if, like me, you have plenty of minis and just want to use the
streamlined mini rules in your d&d game without having to use the formula in the
hardback to convert d&d stats over to the mini game.

Hadn't seen anything yet, and wondered if something was in the pipes.

D&D miniatures, being a collectible miniatures game, is more suited to Army
Builder's companion product, Card Vault
(http://www.wolflair.com/card_vault/) - Card Vault's inventory mechanism
lets you track your collection as you acquire it, and lets you build armies
from the models you have available. Of course if you don't want to actually
do this, then Army Builder would be just as good for the purpose.

D&D miniatures data files are already available for Card Vault. I'm not
sure if they're planned for Army Builder - anyone?

It sounds like someone would have to buy every possible mini from the game
to have access to all the stats required to make AB files, that or have
people send in stats for models they acquire. When in doubt, start workin
on them yourself! Get in touch with message boards for the game and see
if people will help by sending you the info necessary to work on the
files.

Good luck,
Mark
