Hey there!

I recently purchased Hero Lab and I wonder if there is a way to deactivate the validation procedure. A lot of people seem to use a workaround with e.g. adjustments and it sounds as if a deactivation was not possible. However, in a Pathfinder forum I found a reference to Ctrl+Z, what should open a dialogue where validation can be deactivated. But this thread is different system and over 3 years old :-) Here it is:

https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forum...ating-Hero-Lab

the background is, that I want to translate all the existing PCs of my group to the Hero Lab format and it is impossible to trace back every spend Nuyen and Karmapoint, what has been purchased at creation and what not and so on. It would be much more comfortable to just enter the values as they are now, in best case also Karma earned etc.
Is there a way to do that?

thx

The reference in that link is something that person made up, as far as I can tell. Adjustments are how I'd handle adding existing characters - just add everything, and then start adding adjustments until the validations are correct.
