I had to recently wipe my hard drive and reinstall. This has, of course, wiped the registration files as well so Armybuilder thinks I'm trying to load on a new computer. I have sent emails to the support email address to get the waiver as I am under the 120 days, but am not getting any response, not a message saying they received a request, nothing.
Any ideas on how to get a response or work around? Thanks |

I'm having the exact same problem. Any way to find a phone number?

I go through my junk folder as well as often things do wind up there, but nope.
Didn't realize it was a one man band kind of thing, but still it would be nice to at least get an automated message or something acknowledging receipt, otherwise I have to wonder if my emails are even getting through or getting lost in the void so to speak. Thanks |

Still waiting to get my primary and secondary reset. Just got a laptop that I'll be bringing with me when I play 40k, so I'd like to have Army Builder on it. I've emailed them 3 days ago and nothing yet.
