When creating a stack of scrolls which process is correct?
1. Select "Add Custom Scroll" 2. Change the stack to "add a new stack" 3. Change "number to add" to 4 (or however many you want) 4. Add and close 5. Add a new spell 6. Select spell 7. Add and close This is where it gets confusing: Right next to the spell name it has the option to change the number. Is this another place where you could increase the number of scrolls you are making? Only this second option will increase the total cost of the stacked creation. Do I increase the number in both places or just one or the other? This second option places the "x4" next to the spell name instead of under it in bold on HL. I need to experiment to see which displays correctly on the iPad app. |

You can have more than 1 spell on a particular scroll, that is what the incremented next to the spell name represents. For example, you could add 4 scrolls in step 3, and then set the incrementer to 4 after step 7, and that would mean you have 4 scrolls, each with 4 castings of that spell, for a total of 16 castings.

The confusion I had with that is that the program doesn't seem to calculate the cost correctly (or maybe I'm doing it wrong). If I stack four new level 1 scrolls it only charges me 25GP. Shouldn't it be 100? It only quadruples it if I change the incrementer to 4 on step 7.

Seems like a bug, though an obscure one. I'd appreciate it if you'd submit a report on it.
