I had to recently wipe my hard drive and reinstall. This has, of course, wiped the registration files as well so Armybuilder thinks I'm trying to load on a new computer. I have sent emails to the support email address to get the waiver as I am under the 120 days, but am not getting any response, not a message saying they received a request, nothing.

Any ideas on how to get a response or work around?

Thanks

I'm having the exact same problem. Any way to find a phone number?

Make sure that your computer is not sending the replies to the "Junk Email" folder. Also note that Rob has said that he's fallen behind due to some recent health problems (LINK).

I go through my junk folder as well as often things do wind up there, but nope.

Didn't realize it was a one man band kind of thing, but still it would be nice to at least get an automated message or something acknowledging receipt, otherwise I have to wonder if my emails are even getting through or getting lost in the void so to speak.

Thanks

I am in the same situation. I've sent 2 emails and not heard anything yet. Did you eventually get your license re-activated?

Still waiting to get my primary and secondary reset. Just got a laptop that I'll be bringing with me when I play 40k, so I'd like to have Army Builder on it. I've emailed them 3 days ago and nothing yet.
