Hello,
I am posting here because I noted elsewhere on the web site that it was recommended that I post any problems here, rather than use the support email address. I recently purchased Card Vault from a brick and mortar. I installed the program, and then updated it to 1.5. After that, I was unable to activate my license, either manually or via the web. When I try, I get the following message: "The combination of license number, email address and access code were not recognized by the system...." If I am doing anything incorrectly, I would greatly appreciate being corrected. I have also sent all my info directly to the support email address. Thanks, Doyle |

i am also having the same problem if someone can help me that would be great. "The combination of license number, email address and access code were not recognized by the system...."
