Here's the simple case:
I have an enormous map that shows almost entire area where my players can go. I have tens of pins placed on this map.

I now want to check where one of my locations is placed. I have an article describing the location. But I have no idea where that pin on the map is placed.

A rather user-friendly solution would be to either mark the pin (by coloring or highlighting it) after user click some kind of "Show pin location on smart-map" link. A more user-friendly solution would be to mark that pin by placing a horizontal and a vertical line that both intersect at the pin's location.

Good idea.

I believe there are a bunch of ideas and plans for improving on the pins the functionality surrounding them and that they are on the todo-list. :-)

Legend has it, that the Tarrasque is a huge fighting beast, perpetually hungry.
Sleet entered History when he managed to get on the back of a Tarrasque only to be ridden out of History shortly after.

Using Realm Works, Worldographer (Hexographer 2), LibreOffice, Daz3D Studio, pen & paper for the realm World of Temeon and the system LEFD - both homebrewed.
