Personally, I don't have the Masterminds Manual. What sorts of options are we looking at?

From what I've seen it has new Reputation rules, Knockback rules, some variant character creation rules, martial arts rules and a few other things ... that's what I gleaned from my friend's copy. Can't wait to get mine this week

Are you guys referring to the Game Master's Guide? Because the Mastermind's Manual was for 2E, not 3E.

{nods} Well... huh. Normally, I'd be all over this, but I haven't migrated to 3E, either in rulebooks or in Herolab license, so I'm afraid I'm not going to be of much use here (technically speaking, I think I could do rules changes without a license because there's no custom data pack like the UP stuff and you can save .user files even with the unregistered version, but I still don't have the book). I wish you luck, though.
