Hi all,

These are all feat validation questions:

1. Is there a way to validate a specific skill focus selection? (Reading the forums tells me this isn't supported (yet)).

2. Is there also a way to validate whether a wizard is a necromancer, conjurer, etc?

3. And last but not least how do you validate alignment in a feat? (I tried a couple of things woithout success.)

(I'm adding feats from the Complete Mage.)

What exactly do you mean by 'validating a specific skill focus
selection'? If you mean forcing the user to pick a specific skill for
Skill Focus, you should be able to just add 3 to the skill and add the
skill focus tag to make sure they can't do it again (just like the
script for the Skill Focus feat does).

Check for the presence of the appropriate school by checking the WizSpec
tags on the hero. For example, if you're a conjurer, the hero has the
WizSpec.wsConjur tag assigned to it.

Check for alignment tags on the hero. For example, a NG hero has the
"Alignment.Good" and "Alignment.NeutralLC" tags assigned.

Hope this helps,
