I purchased the Player's Companion Data Package 3 that contains Blood of Angels, in an effort to create an Aasimar with the Angelkin heritage in HeroLab.

I was able to do that, but I don't see where I can select the alternate racial traits of Planetar's Visions or Celestial Tracker that the angelkin heritage grants. There is an alternate racial traits selection box, but it does not contain those entries for some reason.

Am I doing something wrong?

Click on the feats tab and then click on traits.

Where do I get the Player's Companion Data Package 3, or is it already a part of the base Pathfinder program and I can't find it?

Wouldn't that be part of the Pathfinder RPG Classic Bundle?
