showing non proficient with feats that show proficiency

Can someone take a peek at this .por and try and tell me why I have feats for Medium armor proficiency and Martial weapon proficiency all, yet my hide armor shows as not proficient, and my hand axes show as not proficient?

It is because all your equipment is for a Medium sized creature, and you are large sized.

That is what the "(M)" after the name is describing.
