What data packages are available?

Community Bestiary - This package was replaced with the "Pathfinder GM Pack" or the "Pathfinder GM Mythic Pack".
Community Bestiary - Addon Packs - This has become its very own unique Pack called the "Pathfinder GM Mythic Pack".
Community Player Pack - This is gone and has been rolled into the "Pathfinder Basic Pack".
Ultimate Psionics - This has been merged into the bigger and better "Pathfinder 3PP Pack".
Super Genius Games / Rogue Genius Games - This has been merged into the bigger and better "Pathfinder 3PP Pack".
Eberron Campaign Setting - This has been merged into the bigger and better "Pathfinder Campaign Pack".
Path of War - This has been merged into the bigger and better "Pathfinder 3PP Pack".
iPad Super Pack - This is no longer needed and is gone. Please download the inidividual Pack or Packs you need to support your games.
ShadowChemosh Gaming Addon - This is gone and has been rolled into the "Pathfinder Basic Pack".

After installing this data set you will have a large number of options that can be check marked in the Configure Your Hero window listed under the "Dreamscarred Press->Psionics Unleashed->Skills, Feats, Classes, Items, Powers, and Races.".

I was using the Psionics Unleashed Hero Lab files and noticed two errors.

1) A 1st level Wilder gains the Psionic Weapon feat, and to my knowledge, that's not in the rules.
2) Again, 1st level Wilder. When selecting the Surge Type: "Free Surge" is says you must select a Bonus Feat. Going to the Bonus Feats I can only select an Item Creation feats, which is part of the Artificer's Surge type. You should just get the Psionic Talent as a bonus feat, which is set up correctly.

I recently installed HL on a second laptop - installation and activation went fine, and I installed all of the Community User Files. The game systems load fine, but when I load a character file I get the following:
