So a Fighter who is CG and has cayden as his god should be able to replace his shield prof with the divine fighting style feat. Yet, It doesn't seem to let me? Or is there a special way to do it?

Do you have the Weapon Master's Handbook turned on for the character?

Yes I do have Weapon's Master's Handbook turned on. I can select it as a feat, but not as an alternate replacement.

Is herolab able to support that feature? Or should I work at making it an archetype?

Can you provide sourcebook and page numbers for this? I would like to take a look at the issue.

If you want a workaround that doesn't require the Editor, there's an Adjustment to Disable/Hide a Feat/Trait, which you could combine with one giving you an additional Bonus Feat (or just an additional Feat) to add the Fighting Style.

In the description of the feat there is a Note: that describes how to implement that feat in Hero Lab.
