NEED HELP TO GET ARMY BUILDER WORKING AGAIN

I had to reformat my hard drive and I reinstalled army builder, but I get this message.

file size exspected 3238397.. file size return 163644? I do not understand what the problem is. I have close to 22 gis of free space.

Any ideas? Can someone help me please?
 
Sounds like your download failed to complete (only 163kB came through of the expected 3.2MB). Try the download again.

This error means your internet connection abandoned the download prematurely, resulting in an incomplete file. Downloading again should fix it, unless there is a more serious connection problem. You can also try the link below as an alternate (slower) download source:
