M&M 3rd ed. Background Information

So, some of my players hav written up 4+ pages worth of background information. Using Hero Lab, I can print out 1 page worth of that.... Yeah, is it possible to get that fixed? I'd like to be able to actually store and print out their full background, not a summary version.
 
I use the journal entry and give each a title for each part of my history and then afterward I add journal entries after the game begins with date for the game itself. Then I'm able to print the journal as one big history.
