I've used the linking ability within CC3+ to move around between maps but given you can replicate that within RW with a lot more functionality it's never something I have considered using.

What is it you would like to do?

Thanks. I already purchased the Fantasy Mapper bundle back about 7-8 months ago. I had them swap the Character Artist 3 & Dioramas Pro for Fractal Terrains and Cosmographer 3.

I plan on building my own world which is why I went with Fractal Terrains
And I would use the Cosmographer for Coriolis - the third horizon

The annuals bundle is already 38% off, but I'll wait and see if anything happens for black friday.

Maybe I'll pick up the Character Artist

My post wasn't about what I'd like to do, it was more about how I read the OP question - "How well does RW interface with CC3+?" The answer is, it doesn't. RW can't ready CC3 files directly, you have to save the CC file as an image file of some sort.

One quick thing to add since Cosmographer is getting mentioned and sci fi mapping. Another program if you are doing sci fi mapping is NBOS's Astro Synthesis it is a 3D star system mapper. It can read ProFantasy Fractal Terrains files in addition to NBOS Fractal Mapper files for planets. The Terraformer download for Fractal Terrains has some info on using it together with FT. You can output video clips showing travel to various star systems in Astros Synthesis.
It also has a few plug ins that are useful.
If your doing 3D space mapping you want to get it
