So, if I want to buy a bulk Data Package and I own several parts of that package (ie, they are in red). Do I only pay for the parts I don't own? If not, if there some way to get that package discounted because of what I own? Or am I just sol?

You will pay the price listed, that is why they are warning you by listing items you already own in RED. Look for other bundles that may contain the items you want as sometimes the item is in more than one bundle. Sometimes it is cheaper to buy the books separately from the bundles as well. Do the math before you buy, Lone Wolf is known for not adjusting there bundles once they are released to reflect a true savings.

The "annual" bundle is the only one I know where you don't save money, since it is a "convenience" item so that you don't have to go back and buy each new book as it comes out - you only have to re-activate your license.
