Bootstrap is a term you will see allot of if using the editor. It means to attach one thing to another so when one goes they both go. Meaning if you add Feat A you can bring along Feat B. If you remove Feat A so does Feat B.

The funny part is I have become aware of how and where this term gets used in real life. I recently heard it allot on Law and Order episodes whey they talk about bootstrapping a 2nd crime onto the first one.
