Is there a way to add monstrous abilities to Herolab?

Ok then, some of my creatures have hindrances and I can't find a way to add them. I see edges, but not hindrances......?

I didn't see a single creature in any of the original rulebooks with a hindrance, so I didn't think they had them and omitted that ability. I just added it and this will be available with the V3.7 update of Hero Lab. In the meantime, you can account for a variety of hindrances via Permanent Adjustments and notes on the Personal tab.

I came across this whilst coding the SWEX ruleset for Fantasy Grounds.

Monsters generally only have "monstrous abilities" - but in the Deadlands:Reloaded scenario, Coffin Rock, there were a couple of monsters with edges / hindrances, and even a couple of npcs with monstrous abilities !

Clearly Pinnacle like to play it loose with restrictions here (which, admittedly, where assumptions from the monster entries in the SWEX GM Bestiary).

In the end, I added support for all three concepts (edge, hindrance, ability) to both NPCs and Monsters.
