What is the easy way to remove/delete an installed package from Herolab (I need to know for the Mac and the PC)..

I'll answer this in a PM, since doing this carelessly is a good way to damage your copy of Hero Lab to the point that you'd have to delete and re-install it to get things working again, so I don't want to make the answer available for anyone doing a quick search.

I just realized you might be asking a different question - are you asking for a refund on a package you purchased recently? If so, contact support@wolflair.com

Nope, I was hoping that there was a simple way to uninstall an upgrade package applied to a game system.
It is a simple thing to download and install, but, I wanted to back out of the install.
I guess you can show me at Paizocon then.

You're asking about user-created or 3PP files, not our packages?
