Hey kids, with the advent of HL for the iPad and HL for the Mac, I need some tutoring about adding user packages to HL for these other platforms.

You have an old tutorial in the help section for doing usr files for the PC, but the iPad and Mac seem to be structured slightly different.

So the question is: Shall you being doing any help seminars at Paizocon for us Package developers on doing install packages that will work on all three systems published?

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE?

And I would like to note that since I asked for this first, I want to be the first to sign up for it!!

Robyn

^^^Postscript: If Lone Wolf doesn't step forward to do this, I will volunteer to organize a HL user group meeting at Paizocon in its place (So see I am willing to help also).

What do you mean by user packages? Are you looking to create a new game system and distribute it?

I would like to finish my Pathfinder Druid wildshape package for distribution and help some of the 3pp do their new classes (neoexodus).

I want the packages to be usable on all three platforms (I am ok with usr packages) but usr packages are not transportable (easily) to the mac nor the iPad.

So I was hopeing for some training seminars at Paizocon on these more advanced topics (since most people are simple users, not developers)

oh, and by usr package, I am talking about the .usr extension packages that the editor builds by default.

We will be at Paizocon, and will be doing seminars and a character creation station kiosk there.
