creating a Feat to learn Class Special Abilities

Is there a way to make a feat that will allow a character to learn any class special ability of any other class?

I've already figured out how to do this on a 1-for-1 basis, creating a feat that gives the character a specific class special ability. What I'm trying to do is create one feat that lets the HL user select, (preferably from a drop down list) any class special ability to add to the character.

Well, you couldn't have the ring add the class ability exactly. You might be able to make a selector that pulls the description of the class ability and applies it to the ring's description.
