After downloading and importing the latest update yesterday I tried to log in to Hero Lab this morning only to find it had been reset to Demo mode. After reactivating my licence I received the following error
After clicking OK Hero Lab attempts to reload at which point it fails and defaults back to the game select screen. This repeats ad nauseum until i give up, frustrated. Last edited by mlenehan1; March 4th, 2016 at 07:09 AM. |

Try redownloading the update. That looks like an error that something got corrupt and may just need to be redownloaded.

In addition you can download the latest Pathfinder update HERE from the website. Once downloaded just double click to start the install again.
