Hello All,
I have been having a player of my that been having connection issues with the Player's Edition of Realm Works. I was able to connect the first couple of time and sync to my realm, but now he gets the following error from the program: "Sync failed with error code: -500". Has anyone suffered this error, or any of the LWD software developers know what the causes this error? Thank you All for your time, Mike Wittek |

If I remember correctly, the -500 error was a general catch all for anything that didn't have a more specific error. You need to contact customer service and let them know what is going on. They may ask you to send in the database from the players computer, in which case you will probably need to copy it to a cloud storage service like drop box and give them a link to it in an e-mail.
I hope you can get it resolved. |
