A new update of the Pathfinder files for Hero Lab is now available. This is a bugfix update - the main issues were that if you saved a portfolio on an iPad, you couldn't open that file anymore on a computer, and a display glitch on the basics summary panel.
Here's the complete change list, copied from the FAQ: Enhancements & Changes

At the import stage after download was getting messages that it was corrupt and to re-download. Naturally when loading PF got a bunch of error messages. Closed out and re-downloaded which prompted the same error this time loading PF produced no errors and it says I'm version 7.10 but everything seems to working fine.

After downloading the 12 Apr 2013 (Bug fix release) I get the following error while attempting to save to D20Pro Output:
"An XML document could not be saved" It does not matter if I select "Current Hero Only" or "Entire Portfolio" nor does it matter if I use a character from a saved file or a new character. |

Found a problem:
Was playing around with Bestiary Monster Creation in the race tab to make some Outsiders for this weekend's game and found the update has messed with the racial HD for Skills and Attributes. Under the class tab it claims "too many bonuses" in red in the attribute increase box when none have been taken. In the Skills tab it sends out an alert if you spend even one racial skill point. These problems did not exist before the update. |
