Empire Army list problem

Acording to the Empire Army book, If I have an Elector Count as my
General, I can add a Magic Banner of up to 50 points to any one of my
State Troops Units. AB does not allow me to do this. Is it an AB quirk,
or is there just no way in AB to do this? Or, was it just an oversite?

PS: Thanks Colin for keeping up the GW files!
PPS: When will the Steam Tank and Karl Franz Rules be put in to AB?

There is an option for the units which reads "Count's
troops" You need to click that. You also need to
give the unit a standard before you can give them a
magic standard. Hope this helps.
