Hi,

Hero Lab consistently crashes my computer on launch. I'm not sure how to diagnose or troubleshoot the issue further.

It is no longer usable. How do I remedy this?

Steps to reproduce:

- Double Click on the Hero Lab shortcut
- Computer freezes, all inputs do not register, keyboard and mouse inputs do nothing. Only option is to hard shut down with the power button.

Hero Lab has always crashed on me, on average after 1 hour of up time. But now, it is completely unusable.

PLEASE HELP!!!

Have you raised a support (bug report) ticket? Routinely crashing after an hour is something that should definitely be a case for support.

Thanks for the replies. Please forgive my ignorance. How do I submit a bug report?

Find the sub-forum for the system you are using and check the stickied posts. There's always one related to support that has a link that will take you to the site where you can log the fault.

As this issue does not sound game specific at all I would recommend just emailing support@wolflair.com for help.
