Base Att and Save Edit?

Is there anyway to edit the Base Att and Saves?

To do what? You can't directly alter the code that produces those values, but you can certainly create a script that modifies them however you choose.

I just saw your other post in the user projects forum - you should be able to create a script that uses a foreach loop to find everything that uses progression X and adds or subtracts the difference between the d20 version and the new version. It'll be clunky, but it will work.

I'll have more time tomorrow to figure out what you'll need to modify, but it's probably in the class helper, since that's where the attack and save progressions are selected.
