I have the all the books and they are activated but it won't allow me to use the armed gargoyle as a template, is it not possible, the monster appears in one of the advanture paths.

The "Gargoyle, Four-Armed" is in the Carrion Crown AP -part of the Community pack. Do you have the Community pack installed, and have you selected "Carrion Crown" under "Pathfinder Adventure Paths"?
Last of all, the gargoyle is a RACE not a template.

Current RPG's: Pathfinder (GM), Pathfinder (Player), Gamma World (GM, Pathfinder homebrew).
HeroLab: 3.5 & Pathfinder. HL User Files for PF: Greyhawk Setting, Gamma World (WIP).

DM and player of D&D since 1980.

It's good that everyone now knows about this issue.

Because four-armed is fore-warned.

(Sorry, I couldn't resist. You can carry on now...)
