I only play Starfinder and Pathfinder 2 and would like the option to remove/hide Shadowrun/PF2 Playtest/TBD from the game system selection screen. Would this be something that can be added?

There is a way. Go to your Program Data folder (C:\ProgramData\HeroLab\Data" for me, I think) and delete the folders for systems you don't use. Unfortunately, they do come back with each Hero Lab update, but it will work for a time.

Duggan, did you, perhaps, miss that this is the Herolab Online forum? There is no ProgramData folder for HLO. It runs in a web browser.

Currently, there is no way to hide a game system in Hero Lab Online.

Thanks for the suggestion! PF Playtest will be going away at some point in the not-too-distant future, so that'll cut that one out of the list.

At some point when I get some more time I'd like to rework that screen, although I'm not sure when that will be.
