License Renewal Problem

Has anyone else had problems with renewing their license? All my info
displays fine on the web page, but when I click on the "renew license"
button, I'm getting an error.

Hi Jeff,

We were experiencing some server attacks over the past few weeks (no one
got in but we could see evidence of the attacks in the logs). So we
overhauled our security measures to make sure everything was locked down
safely. Well, "fat-fingers me" managed a mistake in the process, which
ended up blocking access to the renewals mechanism. Everything else worked
fine, so we didn't catch it. :-(

After you and others reported the problem, we had to go through everything
again to figure out what we'd done wrong. Fortunately, things should now be
working smoothly again. Sorry for the inconvenience. :-)
